1. Go to the county clerk office.
2. Present and submit documents required.
3. Complete the application form.
4. Pay the marriage license fee.

• proof of identification and age (valid ID, birth certificate, passport)
• dissolution or divorce decree, death certificate (if previously married)

• Both the bride and groom must be 18 years old.
• If either of the applicants are under 18 years old, a parental or guardian consent is required.

Marriage License Fee: $25.00

The marriage license is valid for 1 year from the date it is issued. The license can only be used within the State of Wyoming.
