1. You can apply for change of address in your license by simply going to your local DMV Office within 20 days of the change .
2. Complete and submit a Change of Address Form.
3. Present your current driver's license.

You can apply for change of address in your license by simply going to your local DMV Office within 20 days of the change to avoid any possible fine and imprisonment. You failure to change your address on DMV's records may cause you to miss the renewal date of your license, or even have your driving privileges suspended or revoked unnecessarily.

• Last four digits of SSN
• Date of Birth
• Name

As much as possible, your drivers license should truly exhibit your present status, particularly your current address.
