Under this scheme, financial assistance is provided to severe and multi-disabled persons who are living below poverty line.
Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for this scheme, the eligible person has to submit two copies of duly filled application form along with required documents to the concerned District Magistrate of the concerned District

3. Obtain the application form from theBlock Development Officer / Sub-Divisional Officer / Municipal corporation office OR write on a plain paper
4. After scrutiny, the application is forwarded to the concerned authority for approval.
5. Following the approval, pension will be remitted monthly through cash on the15th of every month irrespective of it being a holiday at the concerned G.P. Headquarters or BDO office in the rural areas and at the Municipality / N.A.C. office in urban area or as per state norms.
6. In case of rejection of application, the applicant is duly informed.

• The family income of the eligible person should not exceed Rs. 1000/- per month.
• Those who are recipients of Widow Pension and Old Age Pension are not eligible under this scheme.
