Through Apnacsc:

2. You can obtain form from CSC center or can be downloaded from the link : CSC Link
3. Make sure you have required documents
4. Applicant should make sure they are eligible for applying
5. Submit the completed form along with documents to the officer at CSC. Application will be processed
6. Applicant will be photographed and bio metric scan for finger and eye iris scan will also be completed.
7. Upon completion, applicant will be issued an acknowledgement receipt for reference. Aadhar card will be dispatched to residence address.
