The Washington State Department of Health, Center for Health Statistics, does not accept credit cards for online orders of vital records. However, for your convenience, you can order records online through an independent company that they have partnered with to provide you this service: VitalChek Network, Inc.
Go online and simply follow the steps to place an order. An additional fee is charged by VitalChek for using this service and all major credit cards are accepted.
Make sure you have the following information ready with you before ordering, credit card number, credit card expiration date and address where you would like your certificate to be sent to. If you are requesting UPS Next Day Air delivery (for an additional fee) you must also include a street address. UPS Next Day Air cannot deliver to a post office box.
