You are a Wallis and Futuna resident. You hold a valid Wallis and Futuna driver’s license. In case of loss, damaged license or just want to exchange the license from the original driving permit (pink) to new CreditCard Form, you can apply for Duplicate driver’s license by following:

1. Prepare the requirements:
• Your original and copy valid ID as passport or ID card
• Your passport-size photos (32x25 mm)
• The declaration of loss of the driving license formulated with the Gendarmerie Nationale de Mata’utu or the original Driving Permit (pink) damaged or not
2. Visit the Public Works Department
Present the required documents and follow all of officer’s guiding to fill in the application form and apply for duplicate driver’s license. Pay the applicable fee and wait for obtaining the new driver’s license.
