1. Complete an Application for U.S. Virgin Islands Business License. A form can be filled out online through DLCA's website, if this is your first time using this feature then you will need to register first - New User Registration Page
2. Gather all documents you will need to file at the DLCA's Licensing Division. Check if those documents that you have submitted when you first applied for a business license are still valid.
3. Tax Clearance Letter: All applicants for license renewal must submit a tax clearance letter showing good standing with the Bureau of Internal Revenue. This review will be conducted on applicant's behalf by the DLCA Division of Licensing upon submission of application for new business license.
