1. To request for a new street light, the applicant has to contact the Ministry Of Communication And Works.
2. The applicant hsa to write an application to the Minister of Communication and Works asking for lighting in specific locations.
3. If the application has been approved the electricity corporation would contact the applicant to show them where they want the light to be installed.
4. The Ministry of Communication and Works would write a letter of approval to the applicant.
