Virgin Islands(British) - Apply to Participate in the August Monday Parade


Procedure

  1. To apply for the procedure you will need to complete a registration form which can be obtained from the office of the Department of Culture or downloaded online.
  2. Submit the completed form along with all other required documents.
  3. Pay the registration form.
  4. Your application will be forwarded to the Chairperson of the Parade Sub-Committee.
  5. You will be informed of meetings to discuss rules and regulations, judging criteria and other relevant matters.


Note: You must keep a copy of your completed application as a record of your submission.

Late Fee: $50.00 (after July 17, 2015)


Note: Schools, pageant winners and festival royalty are exempt from all fees.

Instructions

To apply for the procedure you must complete and submit the registration form to the Department of Culture located at the Ward Building, James Walter Francis Drive along with a registration fee of $100.00 per entry. The form can be obtained in person at the office or downloaded online.

For the year 2015: The Emancipation Festival's Road Town Parade will be held on Monday, August, 2015 at 11 a.m.
