1. To apply for a Phytosanitary certificate, Applicant shall approach the nearest Plant Quarantine Agency. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
2. You have to submit an Application form to the nearest Plant Quarantine Agency.

4. Download the application form and fill up your details.
5. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required documents” section of this page.
6. The applicant has to submit the duly filled application form and Documents to the nearest Plant Quarantine Agency. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
7. After the application form is processed, The Inspector inspects the shipment destined for export.
8. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.
