1. Make an appointment to undertake a marine license knowledge test and an eyesight test. If you want your license to be PWC endorsed you will be required to undertake an additional knowledge test. You can make an appointment through calling 13 11 71 (Visa or MasterCard payments) or visiting a VicRoads Customer Service Centre or contacting Transport Safety Victoria approved training provider.
2. Complete an Application for a License or Learner Permit form.

3. The marine license test can be taken at a VicRoads Customer Service Centre or any accredited training provider. 4. On the day of your test you need to bring your driver license or learner permit as evidence of identity. If you do not have either of these, you need to bring original evidence of identity documents.
5. Pass the marine license test and pay the relevant fees.
