• To apply for Dairy Export Certificate, the applicant has to follow these steps to complete the process.
  

Step: 1 Create an e-authentication account.

1. Before applying for a Dairy Export Certificate, the applicant has to register an e-authentication account using this following link
2. Applicant has to select the “What type of user are you” and click the continue button.
3. Followed by the applicant need to enter the email Address.
4. The registration process link will send to the given email address.
5. Once completed click the “Submit” button.
   

Step: 2 Create an ATLAS user account

1. Using Level 2 e-authentication account, the applicant has to access the ATLAS user account.
2. If the company is not having a AMS billing account, the applicant has to create a new ATLAS account.

4. The applicant has to login the account for certificate process.
   

Step: 3 Completion of worksheet

1. The applicant has to complete the appropriate worksheet.
2. With the instruction the worksheet document is given in the following link
3. The applicant has to fill in all the details in the worksheet.
4. The applicant has to mail or directly submit the required documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the worksheet in word document base and attach the required document to email ID - DairySanitaryCerts@usda.gov
6. Once all the verification process is done by the authority, the applicant receives a notification through a mail.
7. The applicant has to get the permit by visiting the office.
8. The fee for this procedure is mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
9. The processing time for this procedure is within 5 days.
