1. To apply for Hostel License in Uttar Pradesh, the applicant has to approach the nearest Municipal Corporation in their area
2. Get the application form from the executive officer in the municipal corporation.
3. Fill up the application form correctly without any mistakes.
4. Submit the application form along with the required documents.
5. Please make sure you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. After submitting the application form pay the applicable fees as per the instruction.
7. After successful payment the applicant will receive a transaction number to the registered mobile number.
8. The applicant can check the status of the application using the transaction number.
9. The higher authority will verify the application form.
10. If the higher officials are satisfied, then they will provide the license.

Apply Online- Uttar Pradesh Obtain Hostel License or Permit Online with Images

1. To apply for Hostel License in Uttar Pradesh, the applicant has to visit the official webpage of e-Nagarsewa Portal. Use this link to apply for Hostel License: Online Licence
2. Now click on the "Online License" tab in the homepage.
3. Now Online Facility page will be open where you have to click on the "Apply" button.
4. If you are a new user, then you have to register yourself with the portal by clicking on the "Register" option.
5. If you are a existing user you can directly login into the web portal.
6. By clicking the register button, the citizen's Registeration page will be displayed.
7. Fill the application form with the required details and click on the "Submit" button.
8. Login into the portal using your user ID and user password.
9. The applicant has to fill the Trade License application with the required details and click on the "Submit" icon.
10. Upload the required documents and submit the application, by clicking on the "Submit" button.
11. After submitting the application form, the higher authority will verify the application form. The verified application will be forwarded for the approval to the concerned department.
12. An automatic unique number will be generated after submitting the application form.
13. Now you have to pay the applicable fees as per the instruction.
14. Now click on the "Do Payment" option and click on the proceed button.
15. Then click on the " Make Payment" icon to make the payment online.
16. Once the Payment is received, the authority will verify the application.
17. After the verification by the verifier, the applicant will be notified via registered mobile number.
