Apply In-Person
- To apply for a Domestic Help Verification In-Person, get the Domestic Help Verification form from your concerned Police Station Uttar Pradesh.
- You can also download it online from the link: Application Form
- In the procured form, fill the required details of the servant or employee.
- Fill your details under the space provided for details of the employer.
- Provide the servant’s voluntary fingerprints if necessary.
- Affix the Passport size photograph of the employee in the space given.
- Attach Photocopy of Photo ID proof of the employee.
- Duly sign the form and submit it at the nearest Police Station in Uttar Pradesh.
- Find your police station by scrolling down to “Know your Police Station” option in the link: UP Police Stations
- Pay the required Domestic Help Verification Processing.
- The police would fill the details under “Acknowledgement” and give you the Receipt.
- Receive the acknowledgement receipt and keep it safe for further reference.
- Visit the Police Station to get the report once it is ready.
Note: Carry the original Id proofs to the police station for any necessary cross verifications to be made.
Apply Online
- To apply for Domestic Help Verification online, visit the Uttar Pradesh Citizen Services Portal from the link: Apply Online
- If you are a new user, create a new user account with your details. by selecting “Create Citizen Login”.
- Now login with your account and select Domestic Help Verification option from the Services provided.
- In the given new window, fill the Servant’s details by selecting each given tab.
- Fill the required employer or householder’s details.
- Upload the photo and required documents in required file size and format.
- Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
- Pay the required Domestic Help Verification Processing.
- Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
- You can verify the status of your application from the following link: Application Status
- The Report will be sent to the applicant’s registered E-Mail ID or any other information will be sent to the registered mobile Number.

Apply through Mobile Application
- The UP police have launched a mobile app for citizens to use the citizen services without much difficulty.
- To use this service, download the “UP Police Citizen Service Mobile App” from the Link: [://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uttarpradesh.citizen.app&hl=en_IN Mobile Application]
- Open the Application and select Services
- From the given options, select Paid Services.
- From this page, select Domestic Help Verification.
- Create an account using your Mobile Number.
- Enter the required details of the Servant and the Employer.
- Upload the photo and required documents of max. 200kb file size in jpg, gif, doc, docx, pdf, txt format.
- Pay the required fee.
- The Police will start the verification process and will send you the report once it is ready.
- The Report will be sent to the applicant’s registered E-Mail ID or any other information will be sent to the registered mobile Number.
