2. Submit it to the Ministry of Labour and Social Security for registration.

• If the company has a Single Workbook registered prior to the entry into force of Decree 108/2007, submit documents in Division Controller for approval.
• Deadline for registration is 10 business days from the start of activities.
• The company must record in the book the following:
• in advance, schedule changes and shift worker
• the hours in excess of the normal hours of work
• the daily schedule that met workers who by the nature of the activity performed is not possible to set the start time and end time of the day
• work accidents sorted chronologically and successively the same date, name or injured, brief description of the facts, or measures taken to avoid, having to make such entry within 24 hours of the occurrence the accident.
