1. Go to the office of National Department of Transport.
2. Fill out an application form, complete all information required and sign the application.
3. Submit requirements as well as a copy of Tort Liability Insurance in force of the vehicles.
4. Pay the fee.

• Solicitiud note signed by the holder or the representative accredited to the DNT, including the class of cargo intended to be transported.
• copy of Insurance Policy Liability for damage to third force (1.41 Agreement of the Meetings of Ministers of Transport of the Southern Cone) for all vehicles.

Uruguayan companies with the following conditions:

• must be registered as professional charges
• must have certificates of BPS and DGI numbers
• The vehicles must have valid identification card, valid Certificate of Technical Aptitude (CAT) and the International category. The Truck or Tractor type vehicles, must have sleeper cab, be debt free before the DNT.-tienene all vehicles that have no chassis.
