2. Fill out the application form and sign it.
3. Present all documents required.
4. Pay the fee.

• Plane surveying and location sketch (original with a professional tone and 4 copies signed by the Engineer and Surveyor holder or applicant).
• Operations Program (detailing methods, techniques, machinery and equipment to be used and timing of operations).
• Investment plan and financial capacity (paper and CD) broken down into items and Affidavit, except for state institutions
• signature of Responsible Technical accepting office
• for materials Class IV: notarial certificate of ownership. Should not be the owner or gestionante the affected properties, present (whether hath) or waiver of surface rights/s to the right under Art.
