United States - Get Certified Copy of Export Certificate


Procedure

Apply Online:

  1. To Request for certified copy of export certificate, the applicant has to make the application online via link
  2. If the applicant is an existing user, they can login directly using their “Account ID” and “Password” by clicking “Log-in” option in the given page.
  3. If the applicant is a new user, they have to register first by clicking on the “Create account” option.
  4. An applicant has to provide their own email address when they create an account.
  5. While registering, applicant has to provide all necessary information in the application form and finally click on “Create account” button.
  6. Once the registration is successful, the applicant can login with their “Account ID” and “Password”.
  7. After logging in, the applicant has to choose the service necessary for them.
  8. The Applicant must provide all information necessary for the application procedure online.
  9. The Fee for this procedure can be paid online.
  10. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of $10.
  11. For Further details contact U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
  12. An application status of "Processed" indicates that the application has been reviewed and authorised, and that the applicant can download and print the certificate package.
  13. This entire process can be completed within 3- 4 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.


Apply by Mail:

  1. To Request for certified copy of export certificate, the applicant has to approach the U.S. Food and Drug Administration link
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer. or it can be downloaded from the following link
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned office mailing address.
  7. The mailing address is mentioned in the “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page.
  8. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of $10.
  9. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
  11. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  12. The applicant gets the copy of export certificate through the mail.
  13. This entire process can be completed within 3- 4 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
