Apply Online:

1. You may apply for an Agricultural Card online. To start your application you will need to register and signup to have your personal user name in the system. Online Registration.
2. After you have logged in, fill out and submit the e-form.
3. A farm inspection will be conducted by the Ministry.
4. After inspection, a card is issued and handed to the applicant.

In person:

1. You may use the link provided under "Documents to Use" section to download the Basic Farm Information Form.
2. Submit the completed form together with all other required documents to the veterinary center that processes agricultural card applications.

• Completed application
• A copy of the farm property deed
• In case of farm lease the following documents shall be presented:
  • A lease contract between the farm owner and the tenant
• In case of proxy of heirs, the following documents shall be presented:
  • Declaration of inheritance issued by a UAE court
  • Procuration in the tenant's name signed by all heirs
