Service Card (Online)

1. Open Ministry of Economy's website - Link.
2. Log in to e-services.
3. Choose Certificates of Origin service.
4. Select the type of certificate you are applying for.
5. Complete an application by providing the importer's information and invoice data.
6. You will also need to complete an application to obtain primary approval for the application.
7. After obtaining the primary approval, pay the required fees.
8. Your application will be reviewed by the Ministry.
9. Once approved, a Certificate will be printed out and issued to the applicant.

Note: You can submit your request anytime and receive the original certificate between 8:00am - 2:00pm.

Invoice Value : Amount of Service Fee

• 1-1000 : 20 Dhs.
• 1001-5000: 40 Dhs.
• 5001-20000: 60 Dhs.
• 20001-40000: 80 Dhs.
• 40001-100000: 100 Dhs.
• 100001 - 500000: 200 Dhs.
• Above 500001: 400 Dhs.

You may send a request to obtain a Certificate of Origin online through -services.economy.ae. You can submit your request anytime and receive the original certificate between 8:00am - 2:00pm.

You may also submit your request in person by going to the offices of Ministry of Economy.
