1. Licence or Permit for Photo booth Grade II can be obtained from Municipal Council Authority near your Location.
2. Fill up the appropriate application form as described by the Municipal council/town council/ division/ Authority.
3. After filling the form proceed to pay the prescribed fee
4. Submit the dully filled in form attached with pay slip to the Authority Officer in charge of the area in which the premises is located or nearby Tax inspector office whose officers shall carryout inspection of your premises.
5. Collect your Photo booth Grade II Licence certificate from where your application was submitted within 2 days from the date the application was received at municipality in case there is no rejection.

• Clearance from Ministry of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives for non-nationals
• Original Certificate of Incorporation of the company for new business
• Original KCCA receipt for the previous year indicating existing business
• Original rent and tenancy agreement from the Land lord for the new business
• Original trading License for the previous year for already existing business
