Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a Phytosanitary certificate, Applicant shall approach the State Plant Quarantine Inspection of Turkmenia. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
2. You have to submit an application request to the State Plant Quarantine Inspection of Turkmenia.
3. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required documents” section of this page.
4. The applicant shall send the application request and Documents to the State Plant Quarantine Inspection of Turkmenia.
5. After the application request is processed and accepted, State Plant Quarantine Inspection of Turkmenia will notify the applicant about the further process.

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
