1. To obtain a Family Booklet, go to your local civil registry office or if you are abroad go to the nearest Tunisian consular office.
2. Submit these following documents:
   1. Excerpt from the marriage contract
   2. Birth record of the spouses
   3. Birth record of the children
   4. Excerpt of death of deceased children
   5. Excerpt from death of one spouse as appropriate
   6. Photo of the spouses
3. Pay the registry fees.
