Under this scheme, financial assistance is provided to severe and multi-disabled persons who are living below poverty line.
Apply In-Person:
For both State government scheme and central government scheme - Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme

1. To apply for this scheme, the eligible person has to submit two copies of duly filled application form along with required documents to the concerned Child Development Project Office or Nagar Panchayat at block level and from district social welfare officer at urban level.
2. Link for contact details : link1 AND link2 AND link3 Under “Districts” menu user shall select the respective district from drop down list to reach next page. In the given page please select the menu “DIRECTORY” > “PUBLIC UTILITIES” > “Municipalities” for contact details.
3. Obtain the application form from the respective counter OR write on a plain paper OR download using the following link. link
4. After scrutiny, the application is forwarded respective department for approval
5. Following the approval, the approval letter is dispatched to the respective Post Office of the applicant, where a savings account is opened in the name of the beneficiary for making the payments.
6. In case of rejection of application, the applicant is duly informed.
