1. To obtain a Foreign Investment Registration Certificate, applicants will need to file an application to the Ministry of Commerce, Tourism and Labour.
2. Applicants will need to complete an application form. Use the link provided under 'Documents to Use' section to download the form.
3. The completed form should be submitted either in person or by post to Chief Executive Officer Ministry of Commerce, Tourism & Labour (the complete address could be found on the application form).
