1. Search the register first to check if the name you want for your company is still available. If not, you have to choose another name.
2. Submit name reservation (Form 2).
3. Submit your application for incorporation (Form 1).
4. Pay the fees.

• If the application is approved, a Certificate of Incorporation will be sent which means that the process is complete and your company will be shown on the Tongan register.

• You can incorporate a company either online or through paper filing.
• To register a company, you need to submit two documents to the Ministry - name reservation and application.
• If you wish to register online or to submit filings to an existing company online, you will first need a Business Registries account that allows you to be a user of the registry.
• The name reservation is active for twenty days after it is approved, so your company application form must be submitted within this twenty day window.
• Documents can be delivered by hand during normal business hours or through the post to the following address:
