Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a Phytosanitary certificate, Applicant shall approach the Ministry Of Agriculture, Forests and Food. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
2. You have to submit an application request to the Ministry Of Agriculture, Forests and Food
3. The application request shall include the information listed below under the “required information” section.
4. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant shall present the application request and Documents to the Ministry Of Agriculture, Forests and Food
6. After the application request is processed and accepted, the Officer in Charge schedules an inspection. The assigned Inspector inspects the shipment.
7. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the applicant has to pay the prescribed fee and collect the Phytosanitary Certificate.

If intending to export by container the following fees will apply for inspection 20 Ft: TOP 8.00 40 Ft: TOP 16.00 (only company cheques are accepted.)

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
