2. Finger printing is done by a passport officer
3. Fill in the application form
4. Pay the application fee

• 6 photos of recent identical passport size to 4.5 x 3.5 cm (not a photocopy or scanned photo).
• Certificate of nationality: original and photocopy
• Birth certificate: original and photocopy
• The application form completed passport (in 3 copies)
• Photocopy of the National Identity Card or consular card
• Parental consent for minors
• Photocopy of the marriage certificate for married women who want to wear the name of the husband.
• The submission form passport
