• Visit the concerned authority.
• Fill the application form with the complete information.
• Submit all the necessary documents.
• Take a physical test.
• If you don't have international driving license, the following additional examinations must be made
  • Training for not less than 4 hours
  • Theory Test
  • Practical Test
• Pay the prescribed fee.

• Original and copy of passport with visa
• Original and copy of the present resident address in Thailand certification from Embassy or Immigration Bureau OR work permit
• Original medical certificate
• Original and copy of invalid international driving license (1949 or 1968 Convention) or local driving license
