• You can get the passport within 2 working days (not counting the date of filing the petition)
• For those who filed for the offices in the province to get a passport by mail EMS about 5-7 working days (If you filed a petition to amend a passport to get a passport within the same day).

For electronic passport

• Do not write on or alter the electronic passport book.
• Don't sheep sewing holes or any action that may have been damaged electronic passport cover.
• Don't cut, bend, twist, or any action that may result in passport crumpled or deformed from the original.
• Should not keep the passports in a magnetic field or high electric field and a radio frequency, such as mobile TV or microwave.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on the passport.
• Should keep passport in a dry, cool room.
• Avoid approaching the passport object with the heat, with temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius, a sunny place for a long time. Environments where contact with water or wet places near chemicals, including various places with dust.
• Ministries International is not liable for damage to the electronic passport. Due to various reasons mentioned above.
