Apply In-Person

1. To apply for an Employee Verification In-Person, get the prescribed form for Employee Verification from the nearest police station in Telangana Find your Police Station
2. In the procured form, fill the required details of the employee.
3. Provide the required information of the employer.
4. Affix the Passport size photograph of the employee in the space given.
5. Attach Photocopy of Photo ID proofs of the employee.
6. Duly sign the form and submit the form at the concerned Police Station.
7. Pay the required processing fee.
8. Receive the acknowledgement receipt and keep it safe for further reference.
9. You will receive a notification on your registered mobile number or email Id once the report is ready.
10. Visit the Mee Seva Centre to get the report once it is ready.
    

Note: Make sure you carry the original Id proofs with you for cross verification.

Apply In-Person (Via MeeSeva Centre)

1. To apply for an Employee Verification In-Person, get the prescribed form for Employee Verification from the MeeSeva Centre .
2. To locate your MeeSeva from the link, select “MeeSeva centres” from the options available on left and select “Map View” link
3. In the procured form, fill the required details of the employee.
4. Provide the required information of the employer.
5. Affix the Passport size photograph of the employee in the space given.
6. Attach Photocopy of Photo ID proofs of the employee.
7. Duly sign the form and submit the form at the Mee Seva Centre.
8. Pay the required processing fee.
9. Receive the acknowledgement receipt and keep it safe for further reference.
10. You will receive a notification on your registered mobile number or email Id once the report is ready.
11. Follow up to know the status of your report, and visit the Police Station to get the report once it is ready.

Apply Online - Telangana Apply to get Employee (Job) Verification Online with Images

1. To apply for an Employee Verification online, one has to login to Telangana’s MeeSeva Portal Apply Online
2. Now select “Login” and select “Citizen” from user options.
3. If you are a new user, create a new user account with your details by selecting “New User”.
4. Now log in with your account and select Character certificate from “Issuance of certificates” in Police services.
5. Fill the required details of the employee.
6. Upload the scanned copies of the required documents in the specified file size and format (Check required documents section for further details).
7. Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
8. Pay the required processing fee.
9. After submission, you will receive your Service Request No. through SMS or E-Mail.
10. Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
11. The report will be sent to your registered mail Id or you will have to visit the Mee Seva Centre if required.

• Anyone from Telangana who wants to verify an employee.
• The Employee should be 18 years and above.

• Processing Fee: Rs.100

• There is no validity period for this Verification Report.
• It solely depends on the person/authority accepting the Verification Report.
• The certificate stands null and void in case the employee indulges in any criminal activities.

• While hiring a person, it is highly advisable to verify the antecedent of the person with police before employing them.
• This verification also helps you know if any criminal records were registered against the person hired and if he/she has a shady character.

• When one applies for such verification, the police verifies the submitted information and the employee’s details are stored with the police.
• This protects the employee from involving in any criminal activities in the near future.
• Usually, in the event of a crime, the police would be left with zero information about the employee's details. However, the information gained through the employee registration process would help the police to track such crimes.
