Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for requesting water analysis in Tanzania, the applicant has to visit the Ministry of Water and Irrigation contact link
2. The applicant should obtain the application form from the office and fill it up with all the necessary information in it.
3. Applicant must carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must attach photocopies and originals (whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting it at the office.
6. The Fee for this procedure has to be paid along with submission of application form as per the authority’s request.
7. Once the payment is done, the officer will provide a receipt of payment to the applicant which has to be kept safe by the applicant.
8. The processing time for this procedure will be mentioned by the concerned authorities at the office.
9. The applicant will receive an SMS or E-mail from the office regarding the availability of the certificate.
10. Once the notification is provided, the applicant can visit the office to get the certificate from the office.
11. If there is no information regarding the certificate is provided, the applicant can visit the office to know the application status.
