Tanzania - Replace or Duplicate Primary School Leaving Certificate (PSLE)

Apply In-Person:

  1. Application form for replacing or duplicate certificate for Primary School Leaving (PSLE) is available in National Examinations Council of Tanzania contact link
  2. Applicant must provide all information that are requested in the application form.
  3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
  4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure is mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
  6. Downloadable application form is provided in the following link
  7. Fee structure for this procedure is mentioned under “Fees” section of this page.
  8. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the registration can be done within 4 months.
  9. Applicant can visit the office after getting notification from concerned authorities.

Validity

The duplicate certificate of Secondary Education Examination is valid forever.

Need for the Document

Duplicate Primary School Leaving Certificate is necessary for proving that the person has taken a CSEE exam even if they lost their original certificate.
