Apply In-Person:

1. To Register a Company, the applicant has to visit the Business Registration and Licensing Agency (BRELA) contact link
2. Applicant should obtain the application form from the office and fill it up with all the necessary information in it.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure have been mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must attach photocopies of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting it at the office.
6. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. After all these procedures are done, the applicant will be provided with the information on how long it will take for them to receive the document.
8. The applicant can visit the office at the day mentioned by the concerned authorities.
9. If there is no information regarding the document is provided, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of their application.
