Pay In-Person:

1. Applicant can visit the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority (EWURA) for paying their water bill contact link
2. Applicant must obtain their receipt from the office.
3. Applicant should pay the exact amount which will be handed over to the applicant by the concerned authorities.
4. No extra fee is needed for this procedure.
5. Finally, after the payment is done, the applicant can get their confirmation receipt before leaving.
6. The processing time for this procedure is 1 day.

Pay Online:

1. Water bill can be paid online through mobile apps or net-banking.
2. For mobile banking apps, the applicant should click on “Pay Water Bill” option.
3. On the next page, the applicant should provide their Water Utility Number and then click on Submit.
4. The amount that has to be paid will be shown to the applicant, which the applicant should pay by clicking “Pay Now” option.
5. After providing the “Password”, the transaction will be done.
6. The applicant will receive an e-receipt from EWURA, stating that the payment was successful.
7. If all these procedures were followed properly, the procedure will be done within 1 day.
8. For net-banking, the applicant should enter into their bank website and provide their “Login ID” and “Password” for logging in.
9. After logging in, the applicant should search for “Bills” option and then click on “Water Bill”.
10. The applicant should provide their Water Utility Number for getting the amount that has to be paid.
11. On the next page, the applicant should click “Pay” option and then provide “Password” for successful payment.
12. If all these procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the bill will be paid within a day and an e-receipt will be provided to the applicant via E-mail.
