2. Applicant has to provide all information in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must attach photocopies of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
6. After all the above-mentioned procedures, concerned authorities from the office will provide an invoice for paying the fee at the bank contact link
7. Applicant has to pay the fee at the bank and receive the receipt which will later on act as the proof of payment.
8. This procedure can be done within one day.

Pay via Mobile

1. Telephone bill in Tanzania can be paid via mobile banking apps also.
2. Customer must open their mobile banking app and click on “Pay Bill”.
3. Under various bill payment options, they have to click on “Pay Telephone Bill”.
4. After clicking on paying the bill, the applicant must enter their Telephone consumer number.
5. After providing their number, the Telephone bill will be shown.
6. Applicant can click on “Pay now” for paying the bill.
7. If the payment is successful, applicant will get a message.
