Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for obtaining tourist operator license in Tanzania is available in Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism contact link
2. Applicant has to provide all information in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must attach photocopies of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
6. Fee for this procedure is TZS 11,495,001.68 which has to be paid at the office.
7. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the applicant will be notified within one week.
8. After getting the notification, applicant can visit the office for collecting their license.
9. If there is no information regarding the license is provided by concerned authorities within 1 week, applicant has to visit the office to know status of their application.
