Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for obtaining license as Veterinary Lab Technician in Tanzania is available in Tanzania Veterinary Laboratory Agency contact link
2. Applicant should provide all information in the application form.
3. Applicant must make sure to carry photocopies and originals of all documents that are necessary for the procedure to complete.
4. Documents that are necessary for completing this procedure is mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the license will be provided within 1 month.
8. Applicant will be notified regarding their license from concerned authorities, after receiving the notification, applicant can visit the office to get their license.
9. If there is no information regarding their license is provided even after 1 month, the applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.
