Apply In-Person:

1. Application for Obtaining Electricity License is available in Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority contact link
2. Applicant has to procure and enter all necessary details in the application form.
3. Applicant must carry photocopies and originals of all documents that are required for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are required for completing this procedure is mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the license will be provided within 7 days.
8. Applicant will be notified regarding the availability of their license, then, they can visit the office to collect their license after getting the notification.
9. If there is no information regarding their license is provided, applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.
