Apply In-Person:

2. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry all needed documents as photocopies and originals.
4. Documents that are required for completing this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must attach photocopies of needed documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the permit will be issued within 1 week.
8. Applicant will be notified regarding their application within one week through SMS or Email.
9. After getting the notification from concerned authorities, applicant can visit the office to collect their permit.
10. If there is no information regarding the permit is provided by concerned authorities, then, the applicant can visit the office to know status of the application.
