3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.

5. Applicant should make sure to attach photocopies of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure along with the application form while submitting the form at the office.
6. Fee for this procedure can be paid as per the authority’s request.
7. Thus, processing time for this procedure is within a stipulated period of time.
8. If there is no information regarding the transfer is provided within a stipulated period of time, applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.
