4. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.

6. Applicant should make sure to attach photocopies of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure along with the application form while submitting the form at the office.
7. Fee for this procedure can be paid as per the authority’s request.
8. If no information is provided within 1 month, applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.
