Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for getting Tanzanian National Library Services Membership is available in Tanzania Library Services Board link
2. Applicant must provide all information that is requested in the application form.
3. Applicant should carry both photocopies and originals of all the documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should attach all required documents (both photocopies and originals, whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting them at the office.
6. Fee for this procedure can be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all these procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the membership will be provided within 1-2 days.

• Valid ID Proof – National ID/Driving License/Passport
• Recent Passport sized coloured photographs
• Address Proof – Tenant Agreement/Utility bills/National ID
• For Students: Student ID Card, photos and any address proof is eligible
