2. Applicant must provide all information that is requested in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry both photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure is mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must attach photocopies of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form before submitting the application form.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all these procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the license will be provided within 1 month.
8. If there is no information regarding the license is provided within 1 month, the applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.

2. If applicant is a registered user, they can login using their registered credentials.
3. If applicant is a new user, they have to register first before logging in.
4. After logging in, the applicant must choose “Entity type” and then the following tab asks for “Sector”, “Category”, and “Type”.
5. Applicant must provide needed information in the following page.
6. Applicant should attach digital copies of documents (whichever is requested) along with the application form before submitting it.
7. Fee for this procedure can be paid online as per requested.
8. If all these procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the license will be provided within 1 month via Post or the applicant can get it by visiting the office.
9. If there is no information regarding the license is provided, the applicant can visit the office for knowing status of their application.
