2. Applicant must provide all needed information in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry all documents whichever is necessary to the office while applying for this procedure. (Both photocopies and Originals).
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are listed under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant should make sure to attach photocopies of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure along with the application form.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all these procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the loan will be approved within 1 month.
8. If there is no information regarding the loan is provided by concerned authorities, applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.

Apply Online

1. Application for Postgraduate loan in Tanzania is available online in the following link
2. Application for each academic year was up to 30th September 2021
3. Applicant must click on “Apply for loan” for applying their loan.
4. Once the application portal is opened, applicant must enter all needed details in the application form and choose loan type as “Postgraduate loan”.
5. Applicant should make sure to upload digital copies of all documents in the application portal.
6. Applicant must click on “Submit” button to submit all this information and uploading them online.
7. The application link will be provided to the applicant along with the ID number of the application via SMS or E-mail.
8. This number can be used for keeping track of further information and other status regarding the application.
9. The loan disbursal varies depending upon the documents that are submitted by the applicant, yet, usually, they will be passed within 1 month.
10. For knowing additional information, applicant can visit the office.

• Academic Certificates – Educational Certificates, Under graduation Leaving Certificates, Transfer Certificates etc.
• Admission letter from respective university or college.
• ID Proof like Passport and National ID card/Driving License
• Recent passport sized photographs – 3
