Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a Land Title Deed (Transfer of Ownership), the applicant has to visit the Ministry of Lands and Human Settlements contact link
2. Applicant has to provide all information that is requested in the application form.
3. Applicant must carry both photocopies and originals of all documents while visiting the office.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure have been mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must attach photocopies or originals of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all these procedures are followed properly by the applicant, the land title deed will be provided within a stipulated period of time.
8. If there is no information regarding the title deed is provided, the applicant can visit the office to know the status of their application.
