2. Applicant must provide all information that is requested in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure to carry photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
4. Documents that are needed for completing this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must attach photocopies of all documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request at the office while submitting the application form.
7. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, visa will be provided within stipulated period of time.
8. If there is no information regarding the visa is provided by concerned authorities, the applicant has to visit the office to know status of their application.

1. Application form for getting a Gratis visa is available online in the following link
2. Applicant should provide all information that is requested in the application form and then click on “Start New Application”.
3. After that, the Application ID and Application Date is provided for the applicant.
4. Applicant must remember the date and Application ID, since it can be of use later.
5. Click on “Proceed to next step” for proceeding with the application.
6. Applicant must enter all details needed for completing this procedure online in the application form.
7. Applicant must provide the following – Passport Information, Travel Information, Travel Companions, Documents and Declaration.
8. Applicant must upload digital copies of all documents that are needed for completing this procedure.
9. Fee for this procedure can be paid online.
10. Finally, applicant must click on “Submit” button to submit the application form.
11. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the visa will be provided in a stipulated time.
