Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for getting a Road Service License is available in the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communication and Transportation contact link
2. Applicant must provide all necessary information in the application form.
3. Applicant should make sure carry all needed documents as photocopies and originals.
4. Documents that are required for completing this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant must attach photocopies of needed documents along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
7. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the license will be issued within 5 days.
8. Applicant will be notified regarding their application within 5 days through SMS or Email.
9. After getting the notification from concerned authorities, applicant can visit the office to collect their license.
10. If there is no information regarding the license, then, the applicant can visit the office to know status of the application.
