1. To obtain the FMB (Field Measurement Book) sketch copy of your land, visit the Taluk office of your respective area. The address and contact details of the taluk office can be found in the following link for district Select district option from the left part of the screen. In the given page please select the name of the district to reach respective district page. Here select the hyperlink for respective portal. In the district portal please select “DIRECTORY > PUBLIC UTILITIES > Municipalities “ or “DIRECTORY > Contact Directory” or “ABOUT DISTRICT > ADMINISTRATIVE SETUP > Revenue Administration” option for contact details.
2. Visit the Office and get the request form to obtain the FMB sketch copy of your land by providing the Survey number in the relevant department.
3. Please fill the form with essential information and details and it should be attested with the applicant’s signature.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed in “Required Documents” section of this page. Attach all the important documents mentioned.
5. Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also pay the required fees for the process at the office as directed by the officials. Make sure you get the receipt for the fee paid and keep it safe for future reference.
6. Your application and attached documents will be sent for verification to check, if there is any discrepancy.
7. After all the processes are completed, you will receive your FMB sketch copy for your land with unique reference number. Office will inform you to collect the copy through any applicable means.

2. On the opened page, please select your respective district, taluk, Village.
3. Kindly enter your Survey Number / Sub Division Numbers. This is to ensure that only genuine users are viewing the FMB sketch Extract.
4. Enter the security authentication without any mistake and click on “Submit”.
5. On furnishing the correct details, the FMB Sketch copy will be displayed by the system.
6. Click on Print to get FMB sketch copy, Now you will be directed to the “payment processing’’ page.
7. Please pay the required amount by choosing your convenient method, and save your transaction id.
8. After successful payment, you can take a print of the FMB sketch copy of your land with unique reference number.
