1. To Download or View Birth Certificate, the applicant has to use the following link
2. If the applicant is a new user, click the “New user” button.
3. Enter all the details to complete the registration process and click the “Sign-up” button.
4. Now the applicant has to log in by using the user ID and password and then click the “Login” button.
5. Click the “Services” on the left panel and click the “Great Chennai corporation”.
6. Followed by clicking the “Printing of Birth Certificate”.
7. Enter all the details and click the “Search” button.
8. once the search result appeared click the “Submit Application”.
9. A “Get Certificate” button will appear on the successful submission of the application.
10. After that payment page will appear check and click “Confirm Payment”.
11. Pay the amount and download the payment receipt.
12. Now the applicant can download the certificate by clicking the “Download Certificate”.
13. The processing time for this procedure is within a minute.

Apply through CSC:

1. To Download or View Birth Certificate, the applicant has to approach the nearest CSC link

   NOTE: To check the contact details of CSC centre, please select the District and Block.

2. The applicant has to visit the nearest centre.
3. The applicant has to inform all the details to the respective officer.
4. The officer will enter the details in the portal with the given details.
5. The applicant will get the downloaded certificate from the officer.
6. To Download or View the Birth Certificate, the fee is free of cost.
7. The processing time for this procedure is within a minute.
